Jenn Millard, MBA
Ms. Millard is a Vice President at PRECISIONheor, where she supports a variety of health economics & outcomes research projects. Ms. Millard has extensive knowledge of research techniques and operational approaches to generating evidence and demonstrating value applied to life sciences organizations. Throughout her career, Ms. Millard has worked with a variety of data sources and assessing the viability for utilization in research. Ms. Millard has worked across numerous therapy areas, including neurology, cardiovascular, mental health, rare diseases, women’s health, and oncology.
Before joining PRECISIONheor, Ms. Millard worked for IQVIA (formed by the merging of Quintiles and IMS Health), where, in her most recent role, led the U.S. Enterprise Solutions team building Real-World Evidence Platforms, executing Evidence Generation Plans, and conducting Data Landscape Assessments. Ms. Millard has vast knowledge of numerous secondary and primary data sets (IQVIA, and others), including claims, laboratory, EMR/EHR, chart audits, observational studies, and ability to link and enrich sources to address research questions. Prior to IQVIA, Ms. Millard spent her early career in behavioral research for a number of prominent cancer research centers, executing large NIH grant-funded programs.
