Jeff Sullivan, MS
Jeff Sullivan is the Senior Director of Advanced Modeling at PRECISIONheor and has over 15 years of modeling and simulation experience across a wide variety of domains. Mr. Sullivan is the principle architect of The Health Economics Medical Innovation Simulation (THEMIS), a microsimulation model for predicting the future health and economic outcomes of the population. Prior to his work at PRECISIONheor, Mr. Sullivan was a Senior Project Associate at the RAND Corporation doing modeling and simulation in the health economics and national security policy areas. Mr. Sullivan holds a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and Bachelor’s of Science in engineering and history from Caltech.
